Description
We are seeking a BIM Technician - Electrical to join our team in India.
The successful candidate will prepare MEP 3D BIM coordinated models, perform clash detection and resolution, and create parametric BIM families. They will also provide specialist support to design teams in preparing analysis and design models, and support design and bid teams with the creation of 3D visualizations and 4D models/visualizations. Additionally, they will prepare quantities for use in BoQs from the 3D model.
The ideal candidate will have good English communication skills, be able to work closely with senior colleagues, and be computer literate. They should have a valid passport and be prepared to be seconded for up to 3 months to the UK. A diploma/degree in Electrical engineering is preferred, along with draughting qualifications and 5+ years of production experience in design, drafting, and engineering.
