Description
Logitech is seeking a Brand Protection Specialist to protect its brand integrity, profitability, and customer experience on Amazon and across the broader e-commerce landscape.
The ideal candidate will own the day-to-day execution of Logitech's marketplace integrity strategies on Amazon, focusing on three core pillars: MAP Policy Enforcement, Feature Offer Preservation, and Returns Prevention.
Responsibilities:
1. MAP Policy Enforcement
- Monitor and track minimum advertised price (MAP) compliance across all retail channels.
- Investigate root causes of price degradation and analyze the impact of rogue pricing behaviors.
- Enforce policy compliance by working with third-party data vendors and leveraging Amazon Brand Registry.
2. Featured Offer Preservation
- Track, analyze, and own the metrics behind Lost Featured Offer (LFO) on Amazon.
- Perform targeted test buys, track serial numbers, and map out the supply chain flow of grey market and unauthorized goods.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to eliminate unauthorized supply chain leaks and improve LFO% and associated KPIs.
- Analyze promotional pricing curves to identify thresholds triggering price arbitrage.
3. Returns Prevention
- Analyze Amazon return codes, customer reviews, Voice of the Customer (VoC) insights, defect data, and pricing elasticity curves.
- Partner with Logitech Marketing and Amazon account teams to optimize Product Detail Page (PDP) content and update consumer messaging.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in brand protection related projects, preferably in a multinational technology company.
- Exceptional data manipulation skills, with experience working with multiple, fragmented sources.
- Strong track record of translating complex data sets into simple, concise presentations.
- Ability to create strong stories through innovative technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Self-starter with excellent judgment and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of brand protection issues and best practices.
- Experience with online brand protection agencies, tools, and platforms.
- Google suite fluency and proficiency in creating digestible presentations.
- Ability to innovate within a growing business.
Location: This is a hybrid position, open to candidates in San Jose, CA; Irvine, CA; Camas, WA; Dallas, TX; Doral, FL; Toronto, Canada; and New York City Metro. The successful candidate is expected to work onsite 2-3 days per week.
Travel: Up to 20% travel for internal meetings, industry conferences, and onsite customer visits.
Compensation: Annual base salary typically between $75,000 and $155,000, depending on location and experience. Comprehensive benefits package included.
