Striker - Store Activator

We are seeking a Striker - Store Activator to join our Sales team in Bergamo, Italy. As a Striker, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with retail accounts and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Effective coverage of assigned outlets at optimal frequencies in a cost-effective manner
• Management and development of designated areas
• Maintenance and growth of Perfect Store standards, focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging
• Building quality relationships with store stakeholders through effective communication
• Influencing decision-makers with compelling insights and commercial proposals
• Stock management to ensure Red Bull range availability
• Securing and improving in-store presence of Red Bull products
• Placement of POS materials and ensuring agreed promotions are in place
• Measurement, tracking, and audit of key in-store metrics using digital tools
• Completing administrative tasks accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Growth mindset and proactive approach
• Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• English language proficiency
• Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment
• Experience in FMCG is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid driving license

Salary: Annual gross salary starting from €25,600, based on experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities.

Travel: 90-100% travel required
