Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Jackson Comfort Services in Northfield, OH. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for every interaction. You will answer incoming customer calls, texts, and chats, schedule service appointments, create and update customer records, and provide friendly, professional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and chats
• Schedule HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service appointments
• Create and update customer records
• Work with dispatch and technicians to keep schedules running smoothly
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Keep accurate notes and documentation in our CRM

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Dependable and reliable
• Comfortable learning new technology

Preferred qualifications:

• ServiceTitan experience
• Call center or dispatch experience
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services experience
