Description
AIA is seeking a capable and self-motivated business transformation professional to support the overall management of its wellness program. The successful candidate will coordinate with the team to manage delivery across key workstreams, work with the agency team to drive sales of relevant insurance products, and translate business objectives into practical strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans.
The role involves building strong relationships with insurance agency stakeholders, working closely with various teams, and driving measurable business outcomes. The incumbent is expected to embed a customer-first mindset in all decisions and actions.
Key responsibilities include:
- General management of the wellness program, agency engagement, platform marketing, and communications
- Supporting the Team Head to translate business objectives into concrete business solutions
- Leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of business development, marketing communications, and engagement initiatives
- Driving cross-functional alignment and governance across various stakeholders
- Developing performance reports and executive presentations
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- At least 12 years of experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services
- Demonstrated experience building relationships with insurance agency or distribution stakeholders
- Strong strategic analysis, business transformation, and project management capabilities
- Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese, with strong professional written and spoken English
