Multi-Site Business Manager, Charlotte Tilbury - Boots East Anglia

We are seeking a Multi-Site Business Manager to lead our Charlotte Tilbury counters in various locations across East Anglia.

As a Multi-Site Business Manager, you will be responsible for creating and driving an ultimate experience of the Charlotte Tilbury brand, exceeding KPI's, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and driving a magical customer experience through building genuine emotional connections, expert artistry, and a passion for exceptional products.
• Reporting to the Area Manager and leading a team to exceed KPI's.
• Coaching and mentoring your team to be the best they can be.
• Collaborating and influencing cross-functionally in retail and head office.

Requirements:

• Proven management experience at Deputy Manager level or above.
• Track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and empower your team.
• Highly organised and able to problem-solve with an innovative spirit.
