Description
We are seeking a highly motivated student to join our team as an intern in Operational Human Resources. As part of our HR team, you will support and advise managers in the production and logistics departments. You will also be involved in the entire recruitment process, including creating job postings, managing applications, and assisting with selection procedures.
Your main tasks will include:
- Supporting the care of managers
- Assisting employees with their return to work
- Communicating with external bodies, such as health insurance providers and employment agencies, regarding funding opportunities for employees with health impairments
- Helping to steer HR processes
- Creating presentations and reports
- Contributing to recruiting, talent management, and individual transformation measures
- Handling labour law and personnel administration
You will start in either September/October or February/March and work for 4-6 months.

To apply, you should be studying business administration, economics, psychology, human resources management, health management, or a related field (at least in your third semester or gap year between bachelor's and master's degrees).
You will need:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ideally SAP
- Enjoyment of working with people
- High service orientation
- Very good German and good English language skills (at least B2 level)
