  • Adapt training approaches to meet individual needs, ensuring all recruits are set up to succeed.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring and developing others, with a drive to make a difference.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, inspire and build trust with a diverse range of learners and stakeholders.
  • An understanding of adult learning principles, with the ability to apply these to create effective and innovative training.
  • The ability to design and adapt learning content, including for digital and blended delivery.
  • Plan and deliver engaging group learning sessions that inspire and challenge learners, using effective facilitation, ongoing assessment and mentoring to support progress and drive the achievement of learning outcomes.
  • A commitment to being a positive role model, demonstrating the highest standards and upholding BTP values and the Code of Ethics at all times.
  • Experience in supporting individuals’ development, including recognising additional needs, promoting wellbeing and ensuring safeguarding.

Eligibility Criteria
