Manager, Product Management

As a Manager, Product Management, you will assist the Senior Manager in driving the product development and implementation process to ensure timely delivery of new and/or revamped products as agreed by the Product Steering Committee.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with distribution channels and stakeholders to resolve issues arising from the implementation of new and/or revamped products
• Preparing documentation needed to support new and/or revamped products and deployment
• Conducting product comparisons to monitor competitive positioning of PHKL products
• Assisting in formulating channel and customer communication plans on annual bonus/dividend declarations
• Supporting ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in any discipline
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in a life insurance company
• Experience in developing participating products is preferred
• Knowledge of life insurance products
• Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
