The Rotational Development Program (RDP) is an 18-month program designed to build the operational and technical skill set required for a career in global trade. You'll rotate through three functions – Gateway Ops, Customs, and Sales/Account Management – with AI/low-code curriculum running continuously across all three.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through three functions: Gateway Ops (Air or Ocean), Customs, and Sales/Account Management, with each rotation lasting six months
• Develop expertise in AI and low-code tooling, with certifications provided upon completion of the program
• Work on live, revenue-generating projects, with real ownership and responsibility from the start
• Collaborate with experienced professionals and develop a strong network within the company

Program Details

• Receive certifications in AI/low-code tooling, from foundational bootcamp through applied builds to a capstone project
• Work closely with a day-to-day manager and a Rotation Program Manager, with regular evaluations and feedback
• Participate in bi-weekly cohort touchpoints and have access to a standing alumni mentor community
• Increase earning potential as you clear program benchmarks

Requirements

• On track to graduate, or recently graduated, with a desire to build a career at the intersection of supply chain operations and technology
• Genuine curiosity about AI and low-code tooling, with a desire to build real fluency
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision, prioritize a high volume of work, and communicate clearly under pressure
• Compliance-first mindset, with an understanding of the importance of regulatory compliance in the logistics industry
