Physical Therapist

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at Advocate Health, specifically at the Women's clinics in Shelby and Kings Mountain.

The successful candidate will evaluate patients, develop and implement care plans, and provide therapy sessions as needed. Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating patients and creating personalised care plans
• Gathering and interpreting data from medical records and patient interactions
• Establishing functional goals with patients and providing evidence-based interventions
• Documenting patient progress, treatments, and outcomes
• Communicating with physicians, referral sources, and other clinical staff
• Providing coverage at other departments as needed
• Supervising PTAs and Rehab Tech/Aides as required

The role requires:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Applicable state license for Physical Therapy
• One year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification
• Meeting Rehab Services Career Ladder Guidelines for a Level II therapist
