Director, Product Management – Hardware‑Assisted Verification Projects

You are a highly effective product and/or program manager with a deep understanding of Product Life Cycle flows for hardware and software. You will drive end-to-end technical program management for Hardware-Assisted Verification (HAV) platforms, with a focus on next-generation ZeBu emulation and HAPS prototyping systems.

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end technical program management for HAV platforms
• Partner closely with Product Management to translate MRDs and PRDs into executable program plans
• Collaborate with account and field teams, product engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to align execution with customer engagements
• Drive cross-functional core teams across hardware and software engineering, Manufacturing Operations, and go-to-market teams
• Own program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and execution tracking
• Drive release readiness across hardware, software, licensing, documentation, and enablement
• Continuously improve execution rigor, scalability, and operational excellence across HAV programs

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in product and/or program management
• Strong understanding of hardware/software flows, ideally with experience in emulation, prototyping, or complex HW/SW systems
• Proven experience driving large, cross-functional programs with hardware and software components
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex programs on time and with high quality
• BS in EE, CS, CE, or related field; MS preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
