Delivery Engineer II

As a Delivery Engineer II at Mixpanel, you will own the post-sales onboarding and data health for customers, driving data trust and embedding Mixpanel into their data stack. You will work closely with the GTM team and customers to deliver on emerging AI integrations and ensure successful rollout of product analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Own onboarding and data health for strategic and high-value clients
• Align with pre-sales teams to define business goals and metrics
• Engage with customers' engineering, product management, and marketing teams for technical onboarding
• Deliver technical services such as data architecture consultations and adoption best practices
• Leverage modern data architecture expertise to create scalable data governance practices
• Execute on deliverables while balancing project timelines and scope

Requirements:

• Comfortable with data querying, modeling, and transforming in tools like SQL, dbt, Python, and Business Intelligence tools
• Familiar with databases and cloud data warehouses like Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, and Microsoft Azure
• Experience with product analytics implementation methods like SDKs, Customer Data Platforms, and Event Streaming
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Experience in customer success, client-facing professional services, or technical project management

Compensation Range: $108,500 - $146,500 USD
