Global Aid Account Manager

The Opportunity

Flexport.org is the humanitarian arm of Flexport, serving nonprofits, NGOs, and mission-driven organizations that need to move impactful cargo reliably, often into challenging environments. You will own complex and high-impact partner relationships, spanning multiple shipping modes and trade lanes, including ocean, air, trucking, and customs. You will shape these relationships, provide strategic guidance, and connect the dots across Flexport's product suite to help partners achieve more.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end success for a portfolio of complex, multi-modal Flexport.org partner accounts
• Lead RFP bids and contract renewals end-to-end
• Serve as a strategic partner to nonprofits, NGOs, and mission-driven organizations, analyzing their supply chain operations to identify areas for improvement
• Lead high-impact business reviews that drive real decisions
• Drive expansion across Flexport's full product suite
• Collaborate with internal teams on solutions requiring alignment and creative problem-solving
• Mentor account teammates and share playbooks
• Use AI-enabled tools to automate and improve internal and partner-facing processes

Requirements

• 5+ years in account management, business development, or a similar partner-facing role
• Background in logistics, supply chain, humanitarian aid, or international development preferred
• Track record of independently managing and growing a complex, multi-product book of business
• Deep understanding of global trade and supply chain operations across multiple modes
• Comfort operating in ambiguous situations and making sound judgments
• Strong commercial instincts and genuine curiosity about the humanitarian and development space
• Natural tendency to develop others and a compliance-first mindset
