Join the M&S Café team in Torbay as a Christmas Customer Assistant. This hands-on role involves handling pace, staying calm under pressure, and delivering warm, five-star service.
You'll be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
- Being digitally confident to use tools for taking and fulfilling orders efficiently
- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards while managing orders and queues
- Focusing on delivering quality under pressure and providing five-star service
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture
- Adapting quickly and working where needed with pace
The role may require working up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December due to operational requirements.
