Senior Associate / Assistant Manager - Program Ops (Fulfilment & Experience)

Being part of Meesho's Fulfilment and Experience team will put you at the forefront of shaping the experience of India's next billion e-Commerce users.

As an Assistant Manager - F&E, you'll identify key problems, set priorities, come up with solutions, and drive implementation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in building the overall strategy for the program's expansion and make key decisions for rapid scale-up.
• Monitor logistics control tower metrics to drive improvements in fulfilment metrics.
• Collaborate with planning and business finance teams to provide inputs for allocation changes and improve performance.
• Drive operational rigour with operations teams by providing insights for intervention areas.
• Engage with Meesho Leadership as active stakeholders during business updates and review meetings.
• The role requires strong generalist problem-solving skills and offers mobility across different business verticals within the organization.

Requirements

• B.Tech from a premium undergraduate college.
• 2-4 years of experience in startups in logistics, e-commerce/quick commerce, D2C companies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong growth track record.
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills and organizational ability.
• Experience working in control tower teams in e-commerce/logistics industry preferred.
• MBA graduates with minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred.
