Mentorship Duly offers a structured 6-month mentorship program designed to help new and early-career PTs build confidence and independence.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, including two evenings per week until 7:00 PM.
• Last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM.

Compensation Base salary: $77,000–$110,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license
