Our BCBAs work across various settings, including homes, schools, and our state-of-the-art centres, providing individually tailored treatment plans with compassion.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioural assessments and skills assessments
- Design treatment plans of care
- Supervise and monitor the progress of behaviour technicians
- Develop positive behavioural treatment and skill acquisition plans
- Supervise and train ABA technicians
- Provide support during family conversations to ensure understanding of assessment results and treatment recommendations
- Graph data, adjust strategies as needed, and provide routine progress summaries
Requirements:
- Valid BCBA certificate
- Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license
