Forward Deployed Strategist

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Strategist to lead strategic customer engagements from workshops to delivery. You'll work with executive sponsors to identify high-value use cases, create scoped projects, and ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with executive sponsors to scope projects, defining concrete deliverables and ROI
• Lead technical discovery and architecture reviews to validate project feasibility
• Collaborate with the Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) on technical builds, focusing on configuration layers, workflows, integrations, and platform tooling
• Drive technical enablement and adoption, providing hands-on training and coaching to customers
• Monitor project feasibility and adjust scope as needed
• Identify expansion opportunities and escalate product gaps or issues to inform roadmap decisions
• Establish and maintain executive relationships, selling the vision and plan to C-suite stakeholders

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Deployment Strategy, technical consulting, or Engagement Management with AI-production workflows
• Strong understanding of agentic coding and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands-on experience with Cursor workflows, integrations, and platform configuration
• Ability to ship AI-native workflows past the prototype stage and identify production constraints
• Executive presence to own C-suite relationships and technical credibility to earn trust with engineering leads
• Domain expertise in industries like Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, High-Tech, Healthcare/Life Sciences, or Semiconductor is a plus
