Founding Growth Lead, London

We are seeking a hands-on, highly analytical, and execution-focused Growth Lead to help build and scale our enterprise demand generation motion. As our first dedicated Growth Lead, you will help us figure out how enterprise growth should work at Fifth Dimension. You will work across various channels, including outbound, nurture, events, and lifecycle, to reach the right enterprise buyers. Your goal will be to build repeatable systems, improve funnel visibility, and define scalable pipeline generation.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve outbound and nurture workflows across email, LinkedIn, events, and engagement-triggered campaigns
• Help create a more repeatable enterprise pipeline engine
• Own and optimise growth workflows in HubSpot, including account-level insight and data management
• Design, run, and measure growth experiments across channels
• Form hypotheses on the best ABM strategies for our ICPs, run tests, report results, and iterate the approach
• Improve targeting, sequencing, and conversion across the funnel
• Build clearer reporting and visibility across growth performance
• Work closely with SDRs and sales to improve lead quality and follow-up
• Engage and track the buying group, developing messaging and content that moves multiple stakeholders down the funnel
• Partner with leadership on growth priorities, channel performance, and GTM rhythm

Requirements

• You've probably spent 6+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or GTM operations
• You've worked in early-stage or scaling companies before
• You've helped build something from 0–1 or 0.5–1 (at least once)
• You've worked closely with enterprise sales teams
• You've built workflows and campaigns yourself rather than only managing agencies
• You're familiar with HubSpot and understand how funnels, workflows, and reporting connect
• You have experience with account-based marketing and setting up, testing, and iterating ABM strategies

• Experience in PropTech or Real Estate

What We Offer

• £110,000-130,000 + bonus
