Partner Marketing Manager - North America

We are hiring our first partner marketer for ElevenAgents in North America. As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will define and build partner marketing programs, playbooks, and relationships to 11x the return from our partner relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Build partner marketing programs from scratch and know what 0 to 1 actually looks like in practice
• Have hands-on experience across co-marketing: joint campaigns, co-branded events, MDF management, and partner enablement
• Run at least one hyperscaler or systems integrator relationship yourself, and can name it
• Understand the mechanics of cloud marketplaces, co-sell programs, MDF, partner tiers, and practice enablement
• Build partner relationships on both sides of the table and earn trust quickly
• Measure partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and translate that into something meaningful for leadership

Requirements:

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in partner or channel marketing
