Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at American Honda Motor Company in Raymond, Ohio. Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to design and develop mechanical systems and components for Honda's products.

Key Accountabilities:

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Analyse and solve complex engineering problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets customer requirements and regulatory standards
• Develop and implement design changes to improve product performance and quality

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• relevant experience in mechanical design engineering
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in CAD software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or Autodesk Inventor
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
