People Specialist

Anthropic is looking for a People Specialist to join their People Team, supporting People Partners and cross-functional teams. The role involves managing performance casework, improving operational processes, and creating manager resources.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage performance casework, building documentation, tracking timelines, and prepping talking points
• Own and improve operational processes for managers and People Partners
• Build, maintain, and improve manager resources and documentation
• Partner with Leadership Design on manager enablement programs
• Pull and compile reports and data for sensitive personnel matters
• Maintain tracking systems for casework and manager enablement initiatives

Minimum qualifications:

• Experience supporting complex or sensitive casework
• Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
• Good judgment on need-to-know and comfort pushing back when necessary
• Comfortable with a range of tasks, from tedious to complex

Preferred qualifications:

• 5+ years in an HR role
• Experience at a high-growth tech company
• Direct experience supporting HRBPs, Managers, and Employees through challenging matters
• Working knowledge of HR compliance requirements
• Interest in AI safety

The annual compensation range for this role is $235,000-$300,000 USD.
