Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Straiton Retail Park Food Hall, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and driving sales
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, using digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

Schedule:
- Tuesday: 16:00-22:00
- Wednesday: 16:00-22:00
- Saturday: 16:00-22:00
Additional Requirements:
- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
- Digital confidence and ability to utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment and adapt to changing demands
