As a BBL Leerplek Retail Groningen, you will work as a shop employee and learn about our products and mission, while also advising customers and providing solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Advising customers using your growing product knowledge and asking the right questions
- Offering tailored solutions so every customer leaves the store with a smile
- Improving in-store processes, such as thinking about how to increase sales
- Challenging yourself with targets and taking your sales skills to the next level
You will receive:
- A salary of €2,453 per month based on 40 hours, with an annual increase
- A flexible schedule, allowing you to plan your hours around your studies
- 8% holiday pay, pension, and travel cost reimbursement (for distances over 10km)
