Description
Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partner to join their Marketing Services Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Global Marketing Services Finance Business Partners and providing financial stewardship for the services line.
Responsibilities:
- Create monthly reporting packages for business leads
- Manage aspects of month-end financial close, including revenue recognition and expenses
- Support monthly close, including manual revenue recognition and accruals
- Prepare monthly adjustments to reporting dashboards
- Track COGS, 3P cost/Fulfilment ratio across deals/regions
- Conduct monthly close reviews, including variance explanations vs forecast/budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Partner with business to address financial needs and ensure data integrity
- Support development and execution of strategic initiatives
- Run point for ad hoc requests from business teams
- Drive automation of BAU reports
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA), CA
- Previous experience in Finance roles
- Highly analytical and fast-paced professional with advanced knowledge in financial planning and management
- Strong business acumen and expertise in Business Intelligence tools and financial systems
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
- Experience with Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx is a plus
- Team-player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
