Sales Trainee

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in Bolingbrook. This training role prepares you for the Account Sales Manager position, supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage. You will work with management to maintain customer relationships and service customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, the brand and products
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling
• Obtain all tools to execute the daily plan and effectively communicate with ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
• Support the team with audits, blitz, building of displays, merchandising to effectively drive the sales business

Requirements

• Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years of age
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English; additional languages an advantage

Salary

• $17.84 to $26.76/hour
