Job Description

As a Process Operator at our Landskrona site, you will be the heart of our production, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and are manufactured safely. You will work along our production lines in process, filling, and packaging, operating, monitoring, and adjusting machines, performing simple maintenance tasks, and solving problems as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust machines along the production lines
• Perform simple maintenance tasks and solve problems as they arise
• Report production data and follow strict food safety regulations
• Ensure smooth shift handover by sharing important information with colleagues

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in food or pharmaceutical production
• At least 3 years of experience with improvement work/Lean
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, quality, and food safety in a high-security environment
• High school education and a strong technical interest
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Truck license and English language skills are a plus
