Description
We are seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for building rapport with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to large organisations, and working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
About you: You will need to have strong attention to detail, reviewing client documentation to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness. You will also need to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contacts. Additionally, you will be assisting Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention, exceeding customer expectations, and meeting FCA requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Review client documentation to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness

- Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems
