We are seeking a product planning professional to join our Development Planning Department at TOMS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and developing complete cars and parts. Your role involves setting product concepts and targets, collaborating with design, engineering, and manufacturing departments to define specifications, managing prototype evaluation projects, and supporting mass production launches.
The ideal candidate has experience in project management and schedule control. You should possess strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with various departments and external partners. Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and data analysis is essential.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of product costing and pricing, market analysis and research skills, experience working in the automotive industry, and involvement in new product planning and OEM development projects. Familiarity with motorsports, tuning, and customization culture is also desirable.
We are looking for individuals who are proactive, enjoy bringing new ideas to life, and can balance creativity with technical expertise. Teamwork and self-motivation are crucial, as you will work independently and collaboratively to solve problems.
Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The estimated annual income is up to 5,000,000 JPY, depending on experience and qualifications.
