Description

Help shape how AI transforms the way enterprises deliver customer experiences!

CX Coworker is Adobe’s agentic AI layer across the Customer Experience portfolio, designed to help practitioners turn business intent into action across Adobe applications, within their organization’s governance controls.

As a Principal Product Manager, you’ll connect hands-on customer findings with Adobe’s broader product strategy. You’ll align customer and Adobe collaborators on the problems worth solving. You will guide prioritization across engagements and work with core product teams to develop reusable capabilities from validated solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the discovery, prioritization, and productization of agentic customer workflows validated through Customer Pods, translating customer co-innovation into scalable Coworker and AEP product investments.
  • Turn ambiguous customer problems into clear product direction, requirements, prototypes, and acceptance criteria. Partner with engineering and design on feasibility, architecture trade-offs, and execution while maintaining a hands-on connection to the customer experience.
  • Identify platform gaps required to enable scalable agentic workflows, including missing APIs, permissions models, governance controls, workflow primitives, and product capabilities. Partner with platform and application teams to define requirements and prioritize foundational investments.
  • Own the AI evaluation framework across Pods, defining workflow success and task completion metrics, error rates, human intervention rates, and adoption metrics. Partner with engineering and design to establish evaluation datasets, quality thresholds, and instrumentation.
  • Lead the definition of strategic workflows across AEP, RTCDP, AJO, and CJA / Analytics, such as turning an analytical insight into an audience, activating a customer journey, and measuring its impact. Prioritize opportunities with repeatable value across customers and industries.
  • Align Coworker and application product leaders on shared outcomes, roadmap dependencies, and investment trade-offs. Build evidence-based cases and distinguish scalable product opportunities from customer-specific implementation work.
  • Shape product requirements for trustworthy AI-assisted and autonomous workflows. Partner with engineering, security, privacy, and governance teams on human approvals, permissions, evaluation, monitoring, and safe recovery when tasks cannot be completed.
  • Drive the path from customer validation to productization with core product teams. Synthesize learning across Pods into reusable workflow templates, prioritized platform gaps, and explicit recommendations on what to scale, iterate, or stop.
  • Influence customer and Adobe executives through clear product narratives, investment recommendations, and candid trade-offs. Partner with product marketing and field leaders to turn validated outcomes into enablement and compelling customer value stories.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management or equivalent product leadership experience, with a track record of defining and delivering complex enterprise software products from discovery through launch, adoption, and measurable business impact.
  • Deep customer empathy and experience leading enterprise design partnerships or co-development programs. Earn executive trust, navigate competing priorities, and turn individual customer needs into broadly valuable product decisions.
  • Strong domain expertise in customer data platforms, journey orchestration, marketing technology, or analytics, with depth in at least one area and a demonstrated ability to define connected experiences across products.
  • Technical fluency in data ingestion, schemas, identity, APIs, integrations, and governance. Engage architects and engineering leaders on platform trade-offs, scalability, and extensibility, connecting technical decisions to customer and business outcomes.
  • Practical experience shaping AI-powered products or workflows, with sound judgment about agentic capabilities, evaluation, reliability, human oversight, and enterprise deployment constraints.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence across organizational boundaries and build alignment among senior product, engineering, design, and customer-facing leaders without relying on formal authority.
  • Strong strategic and analytical judgment. Develop compelling cases, make investment trade-offs with incomplete information, and balance near-term customer outcomes with long-term platform value.
  • Excellent English communication paired with strong executive presentation abilities. You can articulate a clear vision, lead difficult prioritization discussions, and move confidently between portfolio strategy and detailed product decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on familiarity with AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA, or Adobe Analytics, and experience delivering use cases across more than one of these products.
  • Experience productizing AI workflows, reusable integrations, or capabilities first validated with enterprise design partners.
  • Experience establishing customer co-development programs or product operating models that scale across teams and regions.
  • Experience with enterprise privacy, consent, security, and regulated-industry requirements.
