We are looking for a Senior Financial Crime Ops Manager to join our EU team in Dublin. You will report to the EU Director of FinCrime, Fraud and Dispute Operations and oversee our outsourced partners, holding them accountable for SLAs and performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive strategic partners oversight
- Monitor FinCrime metrics and drive action delivery with product teams
- Combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking to align cross-functional teams with our FinCrime, AML/CTF vision and strategy
- Help build and oversee solutions with technology at the heart of our screening, onboarding, and transaction monitoring mitigation strategies
- Support the Director of FinCrime, Fraud and Disputes operations with producing Committee packs
- Support and manage the oversight of change implementation
- Work closely with the second line of defence and our Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO)
- Collaborate across the company to remove roadblocks and solve complex challenges
- Support 3rd line of defence with auditing activities
- Be an excellent partner to our third-party vendors
Requirements:
- Leverage robust data insights and analytics to drive strategic decision-making
- Excel at stakeholder management and coordination across multiple teams
- Previous experience of achieving results through 3rd party/outsourcing management
- Previous experience leading and managing FinCrime operations in payments or banking
- Understand the Financial crime, money laundering risks of various products and services operating in the fintech space
- Champion the use of automated processes to find more efficient ways of working
