We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple client projects, ensuring successful program implementation, and meeting client needs.
Job Overview As a Project Manager at IQVIA, you will define and set expectations for service delivery across various Opus Health programs, collaborating with internal account teams to provide insight into program performance. Your responsibilities will include identifying areas for program improvement, working with cross-functional teams to implement programs, and analyzing trends using reporting tools.
Essential Functions
- Implement and maintain projects, creating and managing timelines according to client contracts and business requirements.
- Coordinate client training on web-based products and reporting tools.
- Develop and update status reports to meet changing business needs and technical requirements.
- Lead client and internal status meetings, and develop project plans including timelines, strategies, and risk analysis.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, optimizing timelines, financials, and client expectations.
- Escalate risks and resolve operational issues impacting project schedules.
- Maintain documentation related to project delivery and assist in creating customer requirement documents.
- Interpret results, work with clients and technical leaders to identify program requirements, and provide program forecasting details to finance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Typically 3-5 years of prior relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of the job area and broad knowledge of related job areas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task across assignments, and keep detailed documentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional project teams.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape and copay or patient assistance programs is preferable.
- Amenable to work in a hybrid setup and US shift.
