EA SPORTS FC Mobile Shanghai is a global team dedicated to developing and operating a high-quality mobile football game experience.
We are seeking a Game Designer to join the FC Mobile team. You will report to an Associate Game Design Director and collaborate with a passionate team on one of the world's premier football game projects. You will design and develop new game features and optimize the user experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and design game systems, and manage requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, artists, and QA testers during development.
- Utilize data analysis and user feedback to propose game improvements and optimizations.
- Skillfully draft comprehensive game design documents using office software.
Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of game design experience in the Chinese gaming industry.
- Experience in launching and operating at least one mobile game.
- Creative, analytical, and team-oriented.
- Familiarity with systems, mechanics, narrative, level, and scripting design.
- Possess over 1 year of interest and understanding in football games and competitions.
- Able to use basic spoken English communication and proficient in written English expression.
