Quality Analyst - Multiple roles

Electronic Arts is creating next-generation entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans worldwide. As part of this team, you will work onsite in Bogotá.

As a Quality Analyst, you will ensure high-quality gaming experiences by executing and improving testing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to continuous improvement, and report to the Quality Verification (QV) Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute scripted test cases and exploratory testing, identify and document defects, and provide clear reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and drive product quality improvement.
• Analyze test results, provide insights, and contribute to process enhancements.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations effectively.

Experience:

• 1+ year of QA testing experience
• Process documentation and test case management experience
• Familiarity with bug tracking software like Jira or JaaS
• Understanding of software and/or game development life cycles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluent in English
