We're seeking a Senior Associate, Product Manager to join our Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) team. As a Product Manager, you'll learn the essentials of being a product manager and grow in four key areas: Human Centred, Business Focused, Technology Driven, and Transformational Leadership.
In this role, you'll collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identify and elevate any need for additional research to define future feature design. You'll break down business epics into features and further into user stories, driving your team towards lowest effort or Minimal Viable Product (MVP) for a valid feature test.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:
- McLean, VA: $111,200 - $126,900
- New York, NY: $121,300 - $138,400
- Richmond, VA: $101,100 - $115,400
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
