Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant to join our team. As a Management Consultant, you will identify exciting project opportunities with large companies across multiple industries, including Industrial Goods, Construction, Energy, and Specialty Vehicles, as well as through Private Equity investors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading business development within these industries by creating, presenting, and executing exceptional project proposals
• Delivering consulting projects and transformational programs that create tangible impact and client excitement
• Driving innovative problem-solving and change management work in client engagements
• Managing client and Porsche Consulting project team members toward joint project goals and deliverables
• Converting project results into measurable business cases
• Preparing and running steering committee-level executive presentations
• Serving as the primary point of contact for client executives
• Providing ongoing project feedback and development support to Porsche Consulting team members
• Enhancing and training unparalleled Porsche Consulting concepts, methods, and tools
• Providing content for thought leadership pieces, business development content, and similar marketing materials

To qualify for this role, you will need:

• A graduate degree with a focus on Business, Operations Management, or Engineering, and/or a related discipline from a renowned institution of higher education
• Hands-on experience in Strategy and/or Operations Management
• High level of business acumen and consultative expertise
• Industry experience in Industrial Goods, Construction, Energy, and Specialty Vehicles
• Private Equity experience is a plus
• Minimum 7 years of total professional experience in management consulting
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business development
• Additional corporate experience is a plus
• Goal orientation with a focus on comprehensive implementation
• Second language fluency in Spanish, French, and/or German is a plus
• Strong desire to mentor and assist in the professional development of colleagues
