We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Team Member to join our team at Target. As a Seasonal Retail Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth.
Job Details The starting hourly rate for this role is $16.00 USD per hour. From 09/20/26 to 01/02/2027, non-exempt team members will be eligible to receive a temporary additional $1 on top of an existing $1/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked.
Responsibilities As a Seasonal Retail Team Member, you will:
- Provide exceptional guest service and support
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and business objectives
- Adapt to changing situations and priorities

- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
