Millennium, a global alternative investment firm, seeks an Infrastructure Relationship Manager. This role is part of the Information Technology organization, supporting a flexible technology environment.

Job Summary

The Infrastructure Technology Relationship Management team connects Portfolio Managers, application development teams, and Infrastructure Technology teams to align technology products and services with business needs. The successful candidate will gather technical requirements, identify infrastructure products and services, guide stakeholders, coordinate deliveries, and manage books of work.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements for Portfolio Managers and their teams
• Identify and communicate infrastructure products, services, and components required to meet customer requirements
• Guide stakeholders on standard development patterns and existing Infrastructure Technology offerings
• Coordinate delivery and deployment of infrastructure components across Infrastructure Technology teams
• Manage and maintain prioritized books of work for customer teams
• Lead technology onboarding for new Portfolio Managers and support evolving infrastructure needs of existing Portfolio Managers globally
• Drive initiatives to upgrade and modernize customer technology estates
• Provide customer-focused feedback to platform teams to improve technology products and service offerings

Requirements

• 4+ years of infrastructure project delivery and/or service delivery experience in the financial services industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, cross-functional technology deliveries
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to influence delivery teams
• Working knowledge of core infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and end-user computing
• Experience with basic administration and troubleshooting of Linux and Windows systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and common development patterns
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, planning, and stakeholder-management skills
