Product Manager, Business Technology

As a Product Manager for Business Technology at Anthropic, you will own internal products that shape how Anthropic works with Claude.

You will embed with internal customer teams such as Legal, IT, GTM, Product, Finance, and Security to understand how they work, find where Claude can remove friction, and ship software and automation that changes their outcomes.

This role requires strong product judgment, comfort with technical systems, and the ability to turn messy internal needs into clear priorities.

Qualifications:

• Deep product management experience, including ownership of products used by internal teams
• Shipped products that measurably changed how a team or function works
• Partnered with engineering, IT, and security teams on technical products
• Clear communication skills in writing and in person
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and setting priorities across competing requests

Nice to Have:

• Built with LLMs or agent tooling
• Worked on IT, internal tools, or business systems products
• Led change management or rolled out new tools across an organization
• Knowledge of security and data-handling practices for internal systems

Logistics:

• Annual salary: $305,000 - $385,000 USD
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
• Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
