As a Store Manager at Joules, a brand within the NEXT group, you will lead the way within the store, ensuring a unique shopping experience that embodies the Joules brand.
The ideal candidate has previous Store Management experience, preferably with a lifestyle brand, and is results-oriented and commercially driven.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating a shopping experience unique to the Joules brand
- Understanding individual team needs and adapting leadership styles accordingly
- Developing and implementing exceptional retail operational standards
- Managing in-store efficiencies to drive profitability
- Visual merchandising and problem-solving
