We're seeking a K-ICS & Economic Assumptions Specialist to join our Financial Actuarial Team in Seoul. You'll play a crucial role in managing our capital reporting, economic assumptions, and disclosure rates.

Job Overview As a K-ICS & Capital Reporting Specialist, you'll lead K-ICS and capital-related closing and reporting tasks, manage economic assumptions and disclosure rates, and support financial soundness management and long-term capital planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage K-ICS reporting schedules and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely reports
• Review K-ICS calculation results and analyze key issues for management and group reporting
• Operate and manage Prophet, DCS, and related tables for monthly and quarterly closings
• Analyze financial impacts of optimal estimation assumptions and model changes
• Improve reporting processes by reviewing actuarial models and related tools
• Perform result verification, audit response, and control procedures

• Set economic assumptions and disclosure rates in accordance with IFRS17 and K-ICS standards
• Operate and maintain stochastic scenario generation programs and systems for disclosure rates
• Verify and control processes for disclosure rates and economic assumptions

• Conduct capital projections and sensitivity analyses for business planning
• Provide financial impact analysis of major strategic issues and communicate with management and stakeholders

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in insurance, actuarial, or finance
• High-level expertise in EV, IFRS 17, and capital-related tasks
• Proficiency in actuarial software, such as Prophet
• Strong English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Actuarial certification
