Opening. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Chassis software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience in the automotive industry.
What you'll do
As a TPM, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Interface person between Customer and Chassis software department, clarify customer needs, Project reporting on behalf of Chassis control software
- Responsible for project time plan and monitoring the progress, ensure on time, on spec and on quality delivery
- Responsible for project resource demanding and coordination, manage the project budget, time sheet, measurement tools, test facilities, PG
- Open points management and risk management
- Sales acquisition support on technical side and coordinate with global team
What you need
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering or an equivalent education
- 5-10 years of experience in Motion system development in the environment of automotive development,
- Solid System and software knowledge for Chassis VMC, SbW, EMB
- Professional knowledge of model-based software development and programming with C, C++, Matlab / Simulink, Target Link as well as model-based software testing using tools e.g. TPT and Embedded tester.
- Deep knowledge in development with automotive SPICE processes according to current standards and current methods for function- and software development.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle dynamics is required.
- Driving license
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin language, German is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a high affinity for delivering first-quality engineering services to the customer
- Willingness to travel
