Product Designer - MAI Health

We're seeking a Principal Product Designer to create end-to-end experiences for our health AI product. You'll own a key product area, driving design from concept to launch, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, user-centred solutions.

• Own a product area, understanding user needs, defining requirements, and managing development and launches
• Communicate effectively across functions, ensuring successful implementation
• Drive projects forward, finding ways to overcome obstacles and deliver results quickly
• Set high standards for excellence and quality
• Work in a fast-paced, design-driven environment, translating business goals into strategy and technical requirements
• Define goals, performance indicators, and experiments, measuring success with data and research
• Collaborate with teams to build exceptional consumer-grade applications

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, HCI, UX, Interaction Design, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in product or service design with a Master's degree, or 8+ years with a Bachelor's degree
• Portfolio demonstrating world-class consumer product design experience
• Experience with cross-functional teams, design thinking, and advocating for design outcomes
• Familiarity with the healthcare space is a plus

The typical base pay range for this role in the United Kingdom is £93,500.00 – £161,800.00 per year.
