Director, Analytics Engineering

We are seeking a Director, Analytics Engineering to shape the data infrastructure, modelling, and analytics capabilities of Webflow. You will design scalable data solutions, mentor and hire team members, and ensure high-quality data availability for analytics and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own a long-term strategic vision for Webflow's enterprise data architecture
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Analytics Engineers
• Design and operationalise a unified semantic layer with canonical datasets
• Define and enforce comprehensive standards for data modelling, metadata management, and data governance
• Build and maintain a skills repository for analytics agents
• Represent Analytics Engineering in strategic discussions and partner with other analytics teams

Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in data and analytics engineering
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, data modelling, ETL/ELT, and cloud warehouses
• Track record of implementing high-quality data models and testing frameworks

• Demonstrated strategic leadership experience managing high-performing analytics engineering teams
