Sales/Business Operations Specialist

Join Razer's Sales and Marketing team as a Sales/Business Operations Specialist. You'll work closely with Regional Sales Teams, Regional Category Managers, and Regional Marketing teams to support sales data analysis, reporting, and business planning.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate distributor's provided data collection and establish business analysis frameworks using AI-enabled tools.
• Aggregate data from various sources while maintaining reporting accuracy.
• Process key figures for regular reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze key sales and business performance indicators and trends.
• Ensure sales process adoption and compliance, and identify opportunities to automate repetitive business processes.
• Promote best practices and drive adoption within the sales organization.
• Ensure rapid data discovery and easy access through user-friendly dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Work with MIS/IT department to evaluate, select, and implement reporting/business intelligence tools.
• Set up and maintain accurate pricing records across the AP region.
• Contribute to improving Sales Forecast accuracy through advanced analytics and AI-driven forecasting models.
• Attend weekly operations calls with the Regional Sales Team and support other Sales and Marketing calls as needed.
