Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Atrium Health Physical Therapy Greater Charlotte - PRN

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide PRN clinical coverage to our outpatient physical therapy clinics in the Greater Charlotte area.

As a Physical Therapist with Advocate Health, you will evaluate patients, establish patient care plans, and provide necessary modalities, procedures, exercise programs, and patient education.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop appropriate patient care plans
• Gather and interpret data from medical records, physician reports, and patients/families
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge notes
• Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and clinical staff
• Provide patient and family education
• Direct and supervise activities of Physical Therapist Assistants, Technicians, students, and volunteers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Applicable state license for Physical Therapy
• CPR Certification and BLS required

Scheduling Requirements:

• PRN Physical Therapists are scheduled with a minimum of 4-6 weeks advance notice
• Must be available to work 50% of working weekdays in a given month (typically 10-11 days per month)
• Required to work one Saturday per month with potential for flexible hours

Pay Range: $49.00 - $49.00
