Intern, Marketing and Partnership (GrabRentals)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and Partnership Intern to join our dynamic team in Singapore.

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, partnerships, and the dynamic ride-hailing and vehicle rental industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for GrabRentals and GrabCab, creating engaging content across social media and digital channels to grow brand awareness.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify industry trends, map the driver lifecycle, and pinpoint specific areas for service optimization.
• Support the execution and tracking of co-branded projects and partnerships, providing data-driven insights to evaluate their effectiveness.
• Collaborate across Product, Operations, and Business teams, and external partners, to ensure seamless project delivery and impactful results.
• Take an active role in the organisation and execution of marketing and partnership events, ensuring that you achieve logistical requirements and brand goals.

Qualifications

• Current Undergraduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with specialisation in digital marketing, social media strategies, and creative conceptualization.
• Logical and structured thought process, with the ability to distil complex concepts into simple, relevant messages for diverse partners.
• Readiness to take ownership of tasks and adapt your approach as project requirements change.
• Collaborative mindset and basic data analysis skills, allowing you to work well with partners and find insights from marketing metrics.
• Understanding of the Singapore market and local consumer trends; prior experience with the ride-hailing or vehicle rental industry would be advantageous.
