Capital One Canada is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and sourcing technology and business professionals, including Software Engineers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Data Scientists.
The Senior Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, create compelling position descriptions, source diverse candidate pipelines, market Capital One's talent brand, screen candidates, advise hiring managers, and negotiate job offers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full lifecycle recruiting process
- Sourcing stellar candidates using innovative recruiting techniques
- Advising clients and leadership on market trends and recommending effective ways to attract and recruit great talent
- Developing candidate pipeline strategies
- Creating and extending job offers and closing identified candidates
- Leveraging recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results
- Identifying and engaging potential partnerships with organizations
- Working on business improvement initiatives
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in recruitment in a corporate/staffing environment recruiting for senior-level positions. Preferred qualifications include experience collaborating with recruiting managers and peers, serving as a talent advisor, and leveraging sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
In return, Capital One Canada offers a competitive salary range of $94,800 - $108,200 per year, plus performance-based incentive compensation.
