We are seeking a Director, Financial Transformation and Business Support to join our team in Shanghai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing financial transformation and IT planning based on the company's financial strategy
• Identifying key areas for improvement and creating a GenAI construction plan for finance
• Collaborating with relevant departments to drive the implementation of financial transformation and IT planning
• Managing project initiation, resource allocation, and implementation for financial transformation projects
• Establishing project management mechanisms and promoting agile methods to improve project execution efficiency
• Overseeing employee development and team culture within the financial management department
• Continuously improving efficiency within the financial management department

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, or related fields
• At least 8 years of experience in project management, process optimization, and reengineering, with 2 years of team management experience
• Familiarity with the business model and management characteristics of the insurance industry
• Professional certifications such as CPA, project management certifications, or Six Sigma Green Belt are preferred
